Special Survey on Education and Teaching
In order to further deepen the teaching reform, comprehensively grasp the teaching situation of teachers, and effectively improve the quality of education and teaching, in mid-June, the Junior High School Department of the east campus carried out a special survey on teachers' teaching and education. To be concrete, through online questionnaires, the current situation of teaching and education was accurately diagnosed, providing strong support for optimizing teaching management and improving teachers' teaching levels.
Furthermore, this survey focused on aspects such as classroom management, classroom organization, teaching methods, assignment distribution and grading. Also, the questionnaire questions were reasonably designed, the feedback results showing that teachers have made innovations in teaching methods, whose classroom teaching was solid and stable, thus gaining recognition. In the meantime, during the research, some issues that can be optimized and adjusted were also identified.
Additionally, in the later stage, Anqing Foreign Language School will hold relevant meetings to analyze and feedback the investigation results to each teaching and research group, providing a basis for improvement in the subsequent teaching and education.
To summarize, this educational and teaching survey is a routine task of Anqing Foreign Language School, aiming to encourage teachers to enhance their teaching methods and reinforce the efficiency of classroom teaching, which will lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality talents and contribute to the further improvement of Anqing Foreign Language School's educational quality and development to a new level.
